60 years ago, Kartell took the Italian design world by storm with exciting new polycarbonate furnishings, created by renowned contemporary designers! Innovative Kartell furniture, Kartell lighting and decor wowed mid-century furniture enthusiasts with novel colors and sculptural, single-mold constructions. Kartell chairs, including the Louis Ghost Chair and Victoria Ghost Chair, launched the concept of tongue-in-cheek names (Ghost chairs) for amusing takes on classical French Provincial styles.
